LONDON – Two 14-year-old boys from northern England who were arrested by British counter-terrorism detectives have been charged with conspiracy to murder, police said on Wednesday.
The teenagers, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were arrested on Saturday and are due to appear at Leeds Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
