Russia says Syrian refugees could begin returning to Ghouta soon

MOSCOW, March 29 – Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu told U.N. Syria envoy Staffan de Mistura on Thursday that refugees could begin returning to Syria’s eastern Ghouta on Sunday or Monday, RIA news agency reported.
