BRADENTON, Fla. – An outward examination has dynamic that a drowning genocide of Snooty, a 69-year-old serf manatee in Florida, could have been prevented, officials pronounced Thursday.
South Florida Museum CEO Brynne Anne Besio announced a commentary after a examination by animal gratification profession James Gesualdi.
