He could be living on the streets. He could have fled interstate, and still be armed.

Brother of Doncaster lift murder victim wanted
Police are asking Jonathan Dick to hand himself in after his younger brother David was killed, possibly with a sword, in a Westfield shopping centre.
Jonathan Dick, 39, is wanted over the death of his brother David Dick, who was killed with a sword as he walked out of a lift at Westfield shopping centre on February 3.
David, 36, had just begun his daily routine. He walked from home and took his usual route, cutting through the multi-level shopping centre carpark where he was then supposed to take the bus into town to start his concreting job.

He never made it to work.
David was found lying in a pool of blood inside the car park, by members of an early morning exercise group, who tried desperately to save him.
Crime Stoppers Victoria released its “Rogue Radar” list, naming 20 Australian fugitives they believe could be hiding in communities across the country, on Monday.
This year six fugitives are wanted in Victoria, four in New South Wales, six in Queensland, three in South Australia and one in the Northern Territory.

Jonathan was last seen at 7am the day his brother died, after abandoning his blue 1997 Ford Fairmont sedan in Ivanhoe East.
“He is believed to have fled interstate and a warrant has been issued for his arrest,” a Crime Stoppers spokesman said.
“Jonathan Dick is possibly still armed with a knife and should not be approached by members of the public.”
Victoria Police believe he could be living on the streets.
“He is described as a loner and is believed to be adept at living on the streets with little or no money,” a police spokeswoman said.
In March, Jonathan’s family begged him to hand himself in, telling him he was not alone.
“We will help you in any way possible. You are not alone. So please, Jonathan, we have already lost a loved one, please don’t let us lose another,” Jonathan’s uncle, John Hird, said.
Jonathan’s mother Carol Cloke said she missed and loved her eldest son as she pleaded with him to contact her.
“I miss my Sunday chats with him, could he please try to call me in any way he can,” she wrote in a statement.
“I love him and want him to feel he can connect with me in any way possible even though it may have to be via the police force.
“Jono, you are my son and I love and miss you so. [Third brother] Simon needs you to talk to him. Please contact me or Simon just to let us know you are OK. My love as always, Mum xxx.”
John Victor Bobak, wanted over the brutal double slaying of a Gold Coast millionaire and his female companion 26 years ago, is also on the list.
On December 23, 1991, the bodies of Maureen Ambrose and Peter George Wade were found in a Surfers Paradise unit.

Crime Stoppers Australia chairman Trevor O’Hara said: “These criminals could be working alongside you in your community.”
“It might be a new person you’ve noticed in your area or a more familiar face such as a neighbour, work colleague, friend or even a family member,” he said.
Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or report the information anonymously online.
