'Surprise' NHS question sees patients told they are about to die

Critics have slammed a slight question, that asks doctors to guess when a studious competence pass away.

It asks health professionals “Would we be astounded if this studious were to die in a subsequent few months, weeks, days?”.

The formula have clearly led to patients being told they have reduction time to live than expected, and a check for patients who need palliative care.
